Born in Italy, Chef Rossana's passion for food began in her childhood cooking with her grandma and later influenced by different cultures and cuisines due to her father's travels. During her culinary journey over the past ten years, Rossana has worked in restaurants throughout Italy during her studies, expanded her skills into pastries and for the previous six years in Melbourne having worked in some well-known establishments such as Soho, Becco and 38 Chairs. Chef Rossana has now established herself as a full-time private Chef across California and Italy to pursue her love of sharing food experiences and continued development of cooking different cuisines using only the freshest ingredients for her guests.
Sin dalla tenera età guardava con interesse come il mondo potesse girare intorno al cibo, all'atto di nutrirsi e come questo non poteva mancare mai, in quanto carburante di vita di tutte le specie viventi. Ha visto in questi anni tutte le trasformazioni del cibo, approfondendole, per come sia cambiato, in tutte le sue forme, dalla terra fino alla presentazione su un piatto in una cucina di un ristorante. Ha preso in esame questi importanti cambiamenti che ci sono stati, cercando di capire come fare a non mettere a rischio la fatica e la dedizione dei nostri avi che hanno combattuto affinché si producesse materia prima sana, genuina e totalmente priva di sostanze chimiche e per tutto questo, dal 2013 a oggi, è socio e sostenitore del presidio slow food per il cibo buono, pulito e giusto.
